Hampton Inn Elkins

Me and my family stayed here last night and it was so clean one of the nicest hotels we have been to. Definitely felt at home here. The breakfast was pretty great as well and when i called for clean towels they brought them up right away. I definitely recommend this place!

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom doors on shower would not stay closed. Had to wedge them shut to shower. Fitness center had no wipes to wipe down equipment for the 2 days we were there. Also no cups for two days for the water cooler. Only one treadmill here. Room was comfy though and breakfast was good.

I couldn’t have asked for a better view. Overlooking The mountains was beautiful. The location is great. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and boy. Oh boy I absolutely loved the breakfast. Folks in West Virginia were so friendly so that helped too! You can tell the management puts a lot of effort into this as well as the staff. I completely appreciate them.

I have always been impressed with Hampton Inns but this one was exceptional. Cassandra, Veronica and Ace definitely went above and beyond. Everything about this stay gets 10 stars. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the location was great for us. We had some inconsiderate neighbors letting the door bang shut in the middle of the night, but that could happen in most hotels. The only minor items I could call to their attention is the toilet paper holder was broken where it didn't latch closed and the sink stopper wasn't working right where the water didn't drain properly. Such a convenient place for us to stay when we visit family. Plus, we can stay with our dogs...safe to say we will be back again.

My husband and I stayed here overnight and overall it was good; staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The only downside is the walls are paper thin so we could hear the entire conversation of the room next to ours and the patron coughing. I can’t comment on breakfast because we didn’t have time to eat it in the morning when we stayed. Overall though, if we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with great mountain views. There’s free coffee available in the lobby around the clock. Breakfast was fairly basic but did the job. Management and staff were okay, though they could be more friendly. I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in town.

I stayed here for work and it was amazing! The staff were responsive, accommodating, they went above & beyond, and they were friendly. The rooms were updated and the view from my room was breathtaking. I woke up seeing the Smokey Mountains each day. Parking is ample and the building is safe. I also used one of their meeting rooms and it was exactly what we needed. This location is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in and I look forward to staying here again.
